Churchill Road – Rothesay Bay

Project Details:

This is a large new build project located on a clifftop site on Auckland's North Shore. We have worked from the very beginning with our customer, to help with the lengthy design and council consent processes - due to the size of the project. We then have demolished an existing 4 bedroom home from the site, assisted with sub-division of the site and now are in the process of building two new sort after luxury homes. Both comprise of more than enough structural steel to make sure these homes are rock solid on their coastal clifftop perch! Each home will be fitted with the latest features and technology.
